Originally from Long Beach, CA, Teresa was raised in south Louisiana & went to school at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette for Industrial Design. Jumping into Real Estate in 2009, just after the crash, was an incredible opportunity to learn all sorts of creative deal making that has carried over into her current business. Teresa has been in Real Estate for over 13 years, has been a broker for over 7 years, and is also a Real Estate investor that specializes in flips, rentals & Airbnb's. Teresa is extremely well-rounded & works with buyers, sellers, luxury properties, commercial sales & leases, investors, with a goal of helping people level up their lives through Real Estate.
