&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-how-do-real-estate-agents-get-more-referrals\">How Do Real Estate Agents Get More Referrals?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"640\" height=\"424\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/referralcloud.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Screen-Shot-2022-10-12-at-10.12.55-PM.png?resize=640%2C424&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-323\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/referralcloud.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Screen-Shot-2022-10-12-at-10.12.55-PM.png?w=706&amp;ssl=1 706w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/referralcloud.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Screen-Shot-2022-10-12-at-10.12.55-PM.png?resize=300%2C199&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><figcaption>Getting More ReferralClients with ReferralCloud<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The mechanism of getting an inbound referral for the one you gave didn\u2019t exist prior to ReferralCloud.&nbsp; Franchise networks are too small and don\u2019t cover the entire US.&nbsp; Even large real estate companies like <a href=\"https:\/\/kw.com\">Keller Williams<\/a> and eXp don\u2019t cover even 50% of the agent population.&nbsp; What this means is that without a central referral clearinghouse, the network effect of being able to get new business each time you give out a referral doesn\u2019t exist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Real estate referrals are highly coveted among real estate agents.&nbsp; Referrals have a much higher closing percentage compared to \u201cleads\u201d that come from the hundreds of <a href=\"https:\/\/referralcloud.co\/blog\/opcity-vs-referralcloud\/\">online companies selling the same leads<\/a> to dozens of different agents.&nbsp; Most of those leads only have a 2-3% closing percentage, which means you have to get 50 of them to have a closing, plus you have to work like crazy with follow-up phone calls, emails etc to convert them. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most referrals have about a 40% closing chance.&nbsp; This is a much higher percentage than a lead.&nbsp; But what more referrals don\u2019t lead to is more referrals.&nbsp; With ReferralCloud, referrals lead to a new client and more referrals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-what-exactly-does-referralcloud-do\">What Exactly Does ReferralCloud do?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"640\" height=\"424\" src=\"https:\/\/i1.wp.com\/referralcloud.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Screen-Shot-2022-10-12-at-10.14.18-PM.png?resize=640%2C424&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-324\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i1.wp.com\/referralcloud.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Screen-Shot-2022-10-12-at-10.14.18-PM.png?w=704&amp;ssl=1 704w, https:\/\/i1.wp.com\/referralcloud.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Screen-Shot-2022-10-12-at-10.14.18-PM.png?resize=300%2C199&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><figcaption>What does ReferralCloud do?<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/referralcloud.co\/blog\/what-is-referralcloud\/\">ReferralCloud<\/a> acts as a central coordinator.&nbsp; An agent places an outbound referral in their platform and the team evaluates the referral and finds the agent that is next in line in that market.&nbsp; Usually it is the agent that first placed an outbound referral in the platform.&nbsp; Here is an example:&nbsp; If an agent needs a referral person for San Antonio, a ReferralCloud agent success coordinator will look at who has placed referrals in San Antonio to other agents.&nbsp; If only one has placed an outbound referral then that agent is automatically selected.&nbsp; If two agents have placed outbound referrals, then the agent that first placed their referral is given the inbound.&nbsp; If an agent has placed more than 1 then usually they get the next referrals. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-what-order-does-referralcloud-assign-referrals-to-agents\">What Order Does ReferralCloud Assign Referrals to Agents?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The general order for assigning referrals to agents in a market is as such:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Has placed numerous outbound referrals<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Has placed one outbound referral<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Has successfully closed an inbound referral<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Has a complete profile<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Covers the area that the referral needs help in<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Created an account but hasn\u2019t completed the account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently most referrals are placed with agents who have not yet placed a referrals.&nbsp; What this means is that there is no downside to creating a <a href=\"https:\/\/referralcloud.co\/login\">free account<\/a>.&nbsp; There is a high likelyhood at some point in the future you will get a referral. Also be sure to upload a photo and create a catchy Bio.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your profile is done on of our Agent Success Advisors will check the account to make sure you are eligible to receive referrals.
